We got to spend Christmas in Colorado this year! I kept forgetting that we were just visiting and that we would have to fly home to Texas in a few days. We both really love it there. But we love it here too, so I guess we should consider ourselves blessed.
This is Christmas Eve in their jammies. Can you tell how sick Miller was?

Miller didn't tear into his presents the way we expected he would because he was not feeling well, but he was really happy with his Leapfrog Scribble & Write and his Kid Galaxy RC Car! He also loves Emersons new puppy, Violet. It's a good thing that she's still happy to share. :)
You know you're sick when there are presents to be played with and you're doing a lot of this.
Miller actually slept for most of the trip. In fact both of our kids slept a lot, which turned out to be very relaxing for mom and dad.

Miller started feeling better, so he decided to play Cowboys with Papa. Have I mentioned how much Miller loves to play with Papa?

We had so much fun in Colorado! We got to see some old friends, visit our old ward, go to the Wild Life Experience and we had lots of family time. This was the first Christmas that Miller was really excited about and we were happy that we got to spend it with family in Colorado. :)
