A week after the Parks family summer vacation in Huntsville, UT, we found ourselves at the Brinkerhoff (yes, that's my maiden name) family summer vacation in South Padre Island, TX. We went to the beach, the Sea Life Center, deep sea fishing and the beach some more. The highlight of the vacation was just being with my family. We had a blast!
